No. Estimates are free. For large or complex jobs, we prefer to see the project in person before quoting; this keeps our prices accurate and avoids surprises.

Most jobs can be scheduled within the same week. Larger projects and seasonal packages book out 1–2 weeks, especially in spring and fall.

Yes. Hargrove Home Services is fully insured and licensed in the state of Texas. Proof of insurance is available on request.

We serve Tyler and Smith County primarily, with service available throughout East Texas including Longview, Lindale, Whitehouse, and surrounding communities for larger projects.

Not necessarily. Many clients give us access and we handle it while they're at work. We check in at the start, send photos when done, and lock up behind us.
